Tahina
Ingredients :
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed.
Salt to taste.
1/2 cup tahini paste.
1/2 teaspoon cumin.
1/2 cup yogurt.
Juice of 2 1/2 lemons, or more to taste.
Chopped parsley for garnish
Procedures :
Combine the garlic with the salt, and mix
with tahini paste and cumin. Add the
yogurt and lemon juice gradually, beating
vigorously to make a smooth thick cream.
This can all be done in a blender, which
makes a smooth tahini cream. Garnish with
parsley, and serve with ta'amia or kabab
