EgyptDailyNews - In a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on late Saturday evening, "Egypt expresses its deep concern about the indicators of Iranian-Israeli escalation and demands that it exercise “the utmost levels of restraint” to spare the region and its peoples from any unrest or tension".

Egypt has a "Crisis Group" which is closely following the development of the situation and submits its reports to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi hour by hour. Additionally the Egyptian Air Defenses have been placed on a heightened alert status.
