Strikes on Yemen

Egypt Daily News – Sources in Yemen reported on Sunday evening that a series of airstrikes targeted the Ras Isa port and Kamaran Island in the Hudaydah Governorate. Earlier on Sunday, the group announced two American airstrikes on the Khub and Al-Shaf district in the Al-Jawf Governorate in northern Yemen.

This comes at a time when the Houthi group is facing intense American aggression since mid-March, which has targeted dozens of sites and resulted in the deaths and injuries of hundreds of civilians, according to the group, which claims that Washington has launched 1,300 airstrikes and naval shelling on Yemen since then.

Despite the resumption of American attacks on Yemen following orders issued by President Donald Trump for the military to launch a “major attack” against the Houthis, the group continues to carry out military operations targeting Israeli and American objectives in the Red Sea.

With American support, Israel has been committing a genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, which has left over 170,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them women and children, with more than 11,000 missing.

Earlier today, a Yemeni missile hit near Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport.
