Mohamed Salah ranked 9th highest-paid players in Europe

Egypt Daily News – Dutch star Frenkie de Jong, Barcelona’s Spanish midfielder, topped the list of the highest-paid players in Europe during the current period. Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, was among the highest-paid players on the Old Continent, where he came in ninth place.

According to the Transfermarkt website, which specializes in statistics and player transfers in Europe, Dutchman Frenkie de Jong earns a salary of 31.5 million pounds annually as the highest-paid player in the world, ahead of his Polish colleague Robert Lewandowski, the Barcelona striker, who earns 28 million pounds annually, and Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the Real Madrid player. The Spaniard and his salary are 26.3.

English player Harry Kane, Bayern Munich’s top scorer, is in fourth place with a salary of 21 million pounds per year, and Belgian Kevin De Bruyne, a player for Manchester City, is in fifth place with a salary of 20.8 million pounds per season, ahead of his colleague Erling Haaland, the City striker, whose salary is 19.5 million pounds sterling.

While Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, is in ninth place with a salary of 18.2 million pounds sterling annually, equally with Casemiro, the United player, who is in tenth place, and with a slight difference from David Alaba, who has 18.9 million pounds sterling, and Dusan Vlahovic, who has 18.7 million pounds, who is in seventh and eighth place, respectively.
