Egypt Daily News – Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly emphasized the importance of implementing proposals related to the government’s program and the recommendations from the national dialogue. He highlighted that this initiative is integral to the government’s ongoing objectives.
Regarding fuel prices, Madbouly announced that the government aims to adjust gasoline and diesel prices gradually until the end of December 2025. He noted that while there is a significant difference in current prices, any adjustments will be made cautiously to avoid exacerbating inflation.
He also addressed transportation costs, stating that they are closely linked to fuel price changes. The government, in coordination with industry chambers, is actively working to prevent any substantial increases in commodity prices in response to these fuel price adjustments.
