President Sisi emphasized the serious repercussions of the ongoing war in Gaza, which he noted could further destabilize the region. He reiterated the importance of reaching a ceasefire to help bring about calm.

By the end of their conversation, the presidents agreed to enhance their cooperative efforts toward securing a ceasefire and to advocate for the implementation of a two-state solution, viewed as essential for the stability and security of all peoples in the region.
