Egypt Daily News – In a recent match against Ipswich Town, Egyptian star Mohamed Salah shone for Liverpool, scoring the team’s second goal in a 2-0 victory.

The match saw Diego Jota net the first goal in the 60th minute, assisted by none other than Salah himself. Just five minutes later, in the 65th minute, Salah added to the scoreline with a perfectly executed strike against the Ipswich goalkeeper.

This goal not only contributed to Liverpool’s win but also marked a historic achievement for Salah. He now holds the record for the most goals scored in first round matches of the English Premier League, tallying 9 goals.

This impressive feat puts him ahead of football legends Alan Shearer, Wayne Rooney, and Frank Lampard, all of whom scored 8 goals in the first round matches of the league.
