Egypt Daily News – In an announcement today, the death toll from the war between Israel and Hamas which has been going on for more than 10 months, has reached at least 40,334 people, according to Agence France-Presse and the Hamas Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip.
The ministry said, in a statement, that it had counted 69 dead in the past 48 hours until Saturday morning. It indicated that the total number of wounded has reached 93,356 since October 7.
