Egypt Daily News – The Israeli army successfully rescued Kayed Al-Qadi, a 52-year-old Israeli Bedouin hostage, during a complex operation in the southern Gaza Strip.

He had been kidnapped by Palestinian gunmen during the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, while he was working as a guard in a warehouse in southern Israel.

The Israeli army, in collaboration with the Shin Bet General Security Agency, confirmed his rescue, stating that Al-Qadi’s health condition is stable and that he is currently being transferred for medical examinations to a hospital.

Al-Qadi is originally from the city of Rahat in the Negev region of southern Israel.
