Egyptian navy continues its search for missing persons from the “Sea Story” sinking

Egypt Daily News – In continuation to the search and rescue efforts the Egyptian navy intensified its efforts in the search and rescue operations for the survivors and missing persons in the sinking of the tourist boat (Sea Story), the navy continued in searching the area of ​​the accident south of the city of Marsa Alam in the Red Sea Governorate.

Red Sea Governor Amr Hanafi announced that 4 additional bodies had been recovered. He said that are working on the identities of the four bodies and their nationalities.

So far the efforts resulted in finding (9) people of different nationalities, including (5) alive, and recovering (4) deceased. Medical aid was provided to the survivors in cooperation with the executive agencies of the Red Sea Governorate, and the Navy continues its efforts to find the remaining missing individuals.
