Egypt Daily News – Al-Nasr General Contracting Company “Hassan Mohamed Allam”, one of the Holding Company for Construction and Development, continues to strengthen its regional presence by implementing reconstruction projects in the State of Iraq with a total cost of up to 100 million dollars, as these projects vary between developing road and bridge networks and infrastructure works in a number of Iraqi cities, which contributes to supporting development and improving basic services.

The company is one of the oldest contracting companies in Egypt, having been established in 1961, and has extensive experience in implementing major projects in the fields of infrastructure and residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It also has a long track record of projects inside and outside Egypt, which enhances its ability to expand regionally and provide innovative engineering solutions.
Al-Nasr General Contracting Project in Iraq
One of the most prominent projects currently being implemented by the company in Iraq is the project to develop the intersection of “Al-Rashid Camp” and “Quayyar Al-Dora” in the capital, Baghdad, at a cost of $40 million. The project aims to improve traffic and reduce traffic congestion in the Iraqi capital.
The company also recently completed the rehabilitation work of 4 bridges in the Iraqi city of Mosul, as part of the city’s reconstruction plan, at a value of up to 60 million dollars. The company acquired these projects by winning international tenders in which large foreign companies participated.
