Egypt Daily News – The Happy Movement Arts Foundation in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced the holding of training workshops for belly dancing, which will be presented by the Egyptian dancer Dina for the first time in the history of the Kingdom.
The program consists of 3 theoretical and practical training workshops at the end of this January and the beginning of next February, and the participant will receive an accredited certificate signed by Dina.
It is noteworthy that this is not our first time giving training workshops in belly dancing, as she previously participated as a trainer in training workshops in Russia and Ukraine, and also participated as head of the jury in the “The Dancer” program, which was shown years ago on the Cairo Wal Nas channel, and a number of Egyptian and foreigners such as the Ukrainian dancer Ella Kushner won competed in them.
She was named as the “Last Egyptian Dancer” by the American magazine Newsweek. She has a master’s degree in philosophy.
Dina started her career in the late 1970s with the Reda Dance Troupe. She became a solo dancer in the 1980s and soon became well known. In the 1990s she became known for her gigs at hotels like the Gezira Sheraton Hotel.
