Ingredients
-Liver: 500 grams (cutting cubes or long sliced)
-Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
-Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)
-hot pepper: 1 pill
-Salt: a teaspoon
-Black pepper: a teaspoon
-Cumin: a teaspoon
-Coriander: 1 teaspoon
How to Prepare
-Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over the heat, then add the chopped garlic and stir until it withers.
-Add hot pepper and stir with garlic for several minutes.
-Add the liver cubes or slices, and stir until their color changes.
-Check the coriander, cumin, black pepper and salt, and stir a little, then leave the pot on the fire for an additional 10 minutes until the liver is completely cooked.
Pour the Alexandrian liver into a serving dish, and serve hot alongside fresh bread.
