Bassem Youssef joins the judging panel of “Arabs Got Talent” in its seventh season

Egypt Daily News – On Friday, MBC Group announced the names of the jury for the seventh season of the “Arabs Got Talent” program, which will begin filming in Saudi Arabia next September.

Lebanese singer Najwa Karam continues to be a member of the program’s jury for the seventh consecutive season, and Saudi actor Nasser Al-Qasabi returns to the committee this season, which also witnesses the Egyptian journalist and program presenter Bassem Youssef joining the committee.

The seventh season of “Arabs Got Talent” will be presented by Lebanese journalist Raya Abi Rashid.

The sixth season of the program concluded in 2019, with the Lebanese band “Mayas” emerging as the winners.

Bassem Youssef, born on March 22, 1974, is an Egyptian-American comedian, television host, and surgeon. He began his career with his show, The B+ Show, in 2011, which was influenced by his experiences during the 2011 Egyptian Revolution.

He gained significant recognition as the host of El Bernameg from 2011 to 2014, a satirical comedy show that focused on Egyptian politics.

In addition to his work on these shows, Youssef also hosted the 43rd International Emmy Awards in 2015, which took place in New York City.
