Egypt Daily News – The cameras captured the moment Hurricane Milton made landfall in the state of Florida, USA, on Wednesday evening. The time-lapse scenes showed the changes that occurred when “Milton” arrived in the “Fort Myers” area.
The hurricane follows “Helen,” which caused widespread destruction in the same state.
“Milton” made landfall in Florida as a “very dangerous” Category 3 hurricane on a scale of five ascending categories, accompanied by a devastating storm, fierce winds, and flash floods, according to the U.S. Hurricane Center.
The National Hurricane Center said in a bulletin issued on Thursday that “data indicates that the eye of Hurricane Milton made landfall near Siesta Key in Sarasota County on Florida’s west coast.”
