Egypt Daily News – President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi praised the Ramadan program Qatayef by actor Sameh Hussein, which is broadcast on social media during the holy month.

During an Iftar banquet organized by the Armed Forces at a major hotel in Cairo, attended by senior military leaders, key officials, media figures, and journalists, President El-Sisi playfully addressed Hussein, saying: “Hussein Where are the Qatayef?” To which the actor and host of the show jokingly responded: “They’ve all been eaten, Mr. President.”

Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, welcomed veteran actor Sameh at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, in a meeting that underscored the ministry’s commitment to the role of cultural influence in shaping awareness and promoting ethical values.
