Egypt Daily News – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi visited Cairo’s historic Khan El-Khalili district, walking through its traditional streets and markets. Before the tour, he performed Maghrib (sunset) prayer at the Imam Al-Hussein Mosque, accompanied by members of his delegation, including Mehdi Shoushtari, Director of the West Asia and North Africa Department at the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He was received by Ambassador Mohammad Hossein Soltani Fard, head of Iran’s Interests Section in Cairo.
