Egypt Daily News – At least 21 people were killed and several others injured when Israeli warplanes targeted the “Al-Baqa” rest area on the seashore of Gaza City.
According to available information, among the dead was journalist Ismail Abu Hatab, while journalist Bayan Abu Sultan was injured. The nature of her injuries is not yet clear.
According to the latest figures, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that “the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip who reached hospitals in the past 24 hours stands at 28 martyrs (including 3 whose bodies were recovered) and 223 injuries.”
The ministry also reported that “the total death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 56,531 martyrs and 133,642 injuries since October 7, 2023. Since March 18, 2025, the death toll has reached 6,203 martyrs and 21,601 injuries.”
