Egypt Daily News – The Israeli army announced that it conducted airstrikes on approximately 10 Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, leading to the death of one Hezbollah member.

The strikes occurred following heightened tensions between Israel and Hezbollah after a missile attack resulted in the deaths of 12 children in Majdal Shams in the occupied Syrian Golan.

In its statement, the Israeli military detailed that the targets included a weapons depot, military structures, and a missile platform used by Hezbollah across seven locations in southern Lebanon. Notably, air and ground operations were conducted, and one Hezbollah fighter was reportedly killed in the Beit Lev area.

Additionally, Israeli warplanes were reported to have targeted areas near the southern entrance of Jabshit, with reports indicating casualties from the strike. The situation remains volatile, with Israel pledging a strong response to Hezbollah, which has denied involvement in the recent missile attack.
