Egypt Daily News – Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, witnessed the opening activities of the third edition of the annual international forum and exhibition for industry, on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, which is organized by the Federation of Egyptian Industries, at the Al-Manara Center for International Conferences and Exhibitions.
The Prime Minister said that all the 1,600 technical schools affiliated with the government must cooperate with the Federation of Industries, in order to graduate trained and qualified individuals for the labor market.
Education Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif responded: “We are ready.”
This came during the Prime Minister’s visit to the Ministry of Education’s pavilion to review the latest developments in the technological schools’ conditions.
The Prime Minister asked the Minister of Education to prepare a clear and integrated strategy to present to him and act in accordance with it as soon as possible.
This comes in accordance with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s mandate to transform Egypt into a regional center for industry, and this is a step within the steps of this transformation, so that graduates of these schools are trained to work directly, and education and training are for work and not just obtaining an academic certificate.
