Egypt Daily News – Omar Al-Ghul, a member of the Palestine Liberation Organization, said that everything mentioned by Benjamin Netanyahu, in his comments on the assassination of Sinwar, will not bring anything new except for the confirmation of the continuation of the war and the threat that anyone who targets Israeli hostages will be pursued.
Al-Ghoul added, during an intervention with journalist Kamal Madi on the Cairo News Channel, that Israel has not stopped for a year from the process of genocide and killing of the Palestinian people, pointing out that Sinwar defended the land until the last moment with limited capabilities.
He mentioned that the occupation continues to use false pretexts to continue this genocide, and the number of martyrs in the sector has reached 43,000, with around 100,000 injured, in addition to the massive destruction that has affected the sector.
The member of the Palestine Liberation Organization continued, stating that the assassination of al-Sinwar will be added to Netanyahu’s achievements, which could give him the momentum to continue the extermination of the Palestinian people.
He added that some say the assassination of Sinwar is an opportunity to reach a prisoner exchange deal and move on to political files, but Netanyahu promised the settlers to continue the occupation of the Gaza Strip and return to building colonial settlements in the area.
