Egypt Daily News – Sources said that sounds of explosions were heard in Tel Aviv and its surroundings after a missile fell on Monday evening, as a result of ballistic missiles launched from Lebanon.

It added that the missile fired from Lebanon hit an empty bus in Tel Aviv, noting that the authorities closed Ben Gurion Airport.

Other sources reported that 5 people were injured, one of them in critical condition.

Drones targeting Haifa and Eilat

Hezbollah has also announced that it had targeted a military base near Haifa with drones, and sources indicated that a drone had entered the Eilat airspace as well.

The Israeli radio said that the Tel Aviv area was targeted by 4 missiles in the last salvo from Lebanon. For its part, Israeli Channel 12 reported that the air defense failed to intercept the missile.
