Egypt Daily News – Al-Bashir explained in a statement that the title of the session was transferring institutions and files from the regime’s government to the Syrian Interim Government to receive the files and conduct business during the transitional period, which could end on March 1.
He pointed out that “this assignment came from the General Command and we were assigned to conduct business until March 1, 2025,” noting that “in the Salvation Government we had some ministries and public institutions, and there are ministries that have a corresponding counterpart in the regime’s government, such as the Ministry of Justice and Endowments.”
He added: “There are some institutions we have, either a general directorate or a merger between ministries. These will be arranged between general directorates or ministries with ministries in the regime’s government.”
