In a press conference on Monday, President Sisi emphasized the agreement with Macron on rejecting the forced displacement of Palestinians.

He also stated that “achieving stability and peace will remain elusive without a resolution to the Palestinian issue.” He added that he and Macron had discussed reviving the peace process and the establishment of a Palestinian state, noting that lasting peace would remain out of reach unless the Palestinian issue is resolved.

President Sisi confirmed his alignment with Macron on the need for Syria’s unity and sovereignty. He stressed the importance of ending the Israeli occupation of Syrian territories.

Regarding Syria, Presiden Macron reaffirmed support for the transition process toward a stable state, highlighting the need for Damascus to combat terrorism.
