Egypt Daily News – Al-Ahly won the Egyptian Premier League title for the 2024–2025 season after a big 6-0 victory over Pharco, claiming their 45th league title in history and the third consecutive Premier League title. Al-Ahly secured the league championship by defeating Pharco and reaching 58 points, while Pyramids remained at 56 points despite their win over Ceramica.

Al-Ahly played 8 matches, winning 6, drawing 1, and losing 1. They scored 18 goals and conceded 9.

Al-Ahly played 17 matches in the first stage, winning 13, drawing 3, and losing 1. They scored 22 goals and conceded 10.
Pyramids players also held a celebration on the claim of winning the Premier League title after their 5-1 win over Ceramica Cleopatra. Pyramids defeated Ceramica Cleopatra 5-1 in a match that took place on Wednesday evening at the Suez Canal Authority Stadium, marking the end of the Premier League season.

After the final whistle by referee Mohamed Ma’rouf, Pyramids players gathered in the center of the field and celebrated, claiming they had won the league, despite Al-Ahly officially being crowned champions.
Pyramids is now awaiting a decision from the Court of Arbitration for Sport, demanding a 3-point deduction from Al-Ahly’s total due to their failure to appear in the match against Zamalek.
Al-Ahly secured the Premier League title after reaching 58 points in first place, while Pyramids are in second place with 56 points.
