Egypt Daily News – Extremist Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir called for imposing Israeli sovereignty over the West Bank, promoting settlement throughout the occupied Palestinian territories, and severing ties with the Palestinian Authority, in response to the arrest warrants issued against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

He said in a blog post on his official page on the “X” platform, today, Thursday, that “issuing arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant is an unprecedented disgrace,” noting at the same time that the step is “not surprising at all.”

He claimed that “the arrest warrants prove once again that the International Criminal Court in The Hague is anti-Semitic in every sense of the word,” saying he supports “Netanyahu in his just war,” according to his blog post.

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and dismissed Defense Minister Yoav Galant, regarding war crimes in Gaza.

The court said there were “logical reasons” to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant committed crimes. The International Criminal Court confirmed that Israel’s acceptance of the court’s jurisdiction is unnecessary.

The court also issued an arrest warrant against the commander of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Muhammad Al-Deif.
