EgyptDailyNews - US President Joe Biden has informed Israeli PM Netanyahu that Washington will not participate in an offensive operation against Iran. American officials confirmed that they are deeply concerned about the possibility of PM Netanyahu responding to the Iranian attack without considering the repercussions.

Yesterday evening Iran had launched over 300 drones and missiles towards Israel, Saturday, describing their actions as a response to the “many crimes,” including Israel's attack on the consular section of the Iranian embassy in Damascus.

Iranian official media reported that the attacks on Israel targeted military sites, while the IDF later announced that it had intercepted 99% of about 300 Iranian drones and missiles that were heading towards Israel.

An Israeli war cabinet meeting was held to discuss appropriate action against Iran but couldn't agree on a decision. President Biden had advise PM Netenyahu to let the Iran attack "rest", but it's not guaranteed that this will be the outcome, especially since many in the Israeli cabinet are seeking an appropriate response to the Iranian attacks.
