EgyptDailyNews - Cairo News Channel reported in its breaking news from American media reports from Israeli officials that the Israeli war cabinet meeting ended without a decision being made on how to respond to the Iranian attack.

American media reported  that Israeli officials stated that Israel is determined to respond, but its scope and timing have not yet been decided.

On the night of Saturday and Sunday, Iran launched a military strike against Israel, using drones, cruise and ballistic missiles launched by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, days after Israel bombed the Tehran consulate in Syria.

The Iranian Operation against Israel was called “True Promise” and was a large military operation against targets inside Israeli territory using dozens of missiles and drones, according to a statement.

Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi stressed that “any new adventure against the interests of the Iranian people will face a harsh and painful response from the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
