Following the Lebanese-Israeli ceasefire, Netanyahu: “We are committed to eliminating Hamas”

Egypt Daily News – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that they are working to change the face of the Middle East.

He added in his speech, on Tuesday evening, that Israel defeated Iran’s defensive capabilities and destroyed many of the capabilities of the nuclear program, stressing that he is determined to do everything to prevent Iran from having a nuclear weapon.

He claimed that Israel dismantled the Hamas brigades in the Gaza Strip, saying that they were committed to returning the rest of the hostages in the Gaza Strip, whether alive or dead.

He pointed out that Israel is committed to what he called the elimination of the Hamas movement. On Tuesday evening, the Israeli security cabinet approved a ceasefire agreement with Lebanon.

Israel launched a wave of air strikes on Beirut on Tuesday, before the Security Council met to discuss the ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah, which may enter into force tomorrow, Wednesday.
