President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued a presidential decree appointing and reassigning 36 Egyptian diplomats to ambassadorial posts and senior positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to the Official Gazette.
The decision, issued after review of the constitution and diplomatic service laws and following a submission from the Foreign Minister, includes a wide-ranging reshuffle across Egypt’s diplomatic missions in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
