Egypt Daily News – Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, said that the government is working to develop a vision of the new social protection package, in coordination with the relevant ministries, led by the ministries of finance and social solidarity, in order to ensure strengthening support for the most needy groups.
Madbouly confirmed during a press conference today at the government headquarters at the new administrative capital, that the details of the package of salary increased with the Ministry of Finance were discussed, in preparation for its launch at the beginning of the new year.
He pointed out that the new increase will enter into force as of the next fiscal year, and thus will be in parallel with the increase in pensions. He added that once the package is completed, it will be presented to President Abdel Fattah Al -Sisi, for his approval, in preparation for its official announcement.

He explained that if the continued decrease in the rates of population continues for ten years, it will make a big difference with the Egyptian state.

He added, during a press conference at the cabinet headquarters, that the meeting was aimed at coordinating all efforts during the coming period “two or three months”, including the blessed month of Ramadan, to reach the largest size for citizens and families with need, and we guarantee that things will go well.
The Prime Minister explained that over the past period, coordination has been made with all the relevant ministries to check on the stability of all prices and the availability of goods by the blessed month of Ramadan.

He added during a press conference after the weekly meeting of the government, that the Committee on Export Development put a target to increase agricultural exports at a rate ranging between 15% and 20% annually, stressing that if this growth continues, it is expected to achieve a trade surplus before 2030.
