Trump indicated that the United States is looking to reach an agreement with Ukraine on rare earth minerals for the aid provided by Washington.
“We are looking to conclude a deal with Ukraine, where they will provide rare earth minerals for what we offer (aid), they have great rare earth minerals, and I want these rare minerals, and they are ready to do so,” Trump said.
