Egypt Daily News – The Israeli newspaper “Ma’ariv” confirmed the death of six people in a shooting incident on Tuesday, in addition to injuring nine others, some of whom were described as critically wounded.

It said that the perpetrators of the operation were killed by members of the Tel Aviv Municipal Police.

The newspaper added that both assailants, who used an “M16” weapon, were from the Hebron Governorate in the West Bank, without providing any additional information.

Israeli media had previously reported that 8 people were killed and others injured in a shooting incident Tel Aviv.

The Israeli police said that gunmen opened fire near the outskirts of the city, resulting in casualties.

Television footage showed two armed men leaving the light rail station and opening fire on civilians in the surrounding area.
