Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates, Dr. Badr Abdel-Atty.

The Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, said President El-Sisi was briefed on a comprehensive report regarding the Foreign Minister’s tour to several Arab countries, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The report detailed the high-level meetings held aimed at strengthening Egyptian-Gulf-Arab coordination and consultation regarding the rapidly evolving situation in the region, as well as expressing solidarity and support to the Arab brothers.

President El-Sisi reiterated Egypt’s condemnation of the attacks against Arab countries and its full solidarity, at the leadership, government, and popular levels, with its brothers in confronting current security challenges. The President stressed the importance of joint efforts to de-escalate tensions and prioritize the diplomatic track to preserve regional peace and security, while simultaneously affirming Egypt’s firm and unwavering support for the security and stability of the Arab Gulf states.
