Ingredients

Grated onion
And chopped tomatoes
Salt, pepper and chicken spices
Two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of ghee

How to Prepare

1- Marinate the chicken with onions, tomatoes, and a little oil and leave it in the refrigerator for two hours
2- We prepare an oven tray with oil and ghee and add the onions, then the potatoes and the chopped peppers
3- Sautee till color changes slightly, then place chicken and add the tomato juice
4- Place the oven tray in the oven until the chickens are cooked and take on color
5- Note: You must pay attention to the tray so that you get beautiful color and not get it burnt
