Egypt Daily News – U.S. President Joe Biden ruled out the outbreak of a full-scale war in the Middle East.
He said, “I believe we will avoid the outbreak of a full-scale war in the Middle East and we are working on that through diplomatic means, but there is a lot of work to be done.”

He continued, “We have helped Israel and we will protect it.” US ships and aircraft are already positioned in the region to assist Israel in the event of an attack from Iran. There are three US Navy destroyers in the Mediterranean Sea, an aircraft carrier in the Gulf of Oman and fighter jets arrayed throughout the region. All have the ability to shoot down incoming missiles.

On Wednesday, the American president expressed his rejection of Israel’s plan to target Iranian nuclear facilities, affirming his and the entire G7’s rejection of this matter.

The Israeli media began, since the execution of the Iranian missile strike, to leak information about the Israeli response plan, with reports suggesting targeting nuclear reactors, dams, and oil refineries.
