Egyptian consulate in Jeddah issues and urgent statement regarding the loss of contact with Egyptian pilgrims

Egypt Daily News - The Egyptian Consulate in Jeddah, issued an urgent briefing regarding the loss of contact with Egyptian pilgrims who came to the Kingdom to perform the Pilgrimage and lost contact with them.

The Consulate said in a statement: “The Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Jeddah calls on citizens who have lost contact with their families who came to perform Pilgrimage rituals, whether in Mecca, Medina, or the Holy Sites, to report on the hotline of the pilgrimage Operations Room. The Consulate indicated the need for the report to include, as much as possible, the information of the caller, a phone number to contact him, the information of the missing person, and the relationship to the person reported.

The statement added that the Hajj operations room continues 24 hours a day.
