Netanyahu speech in Knesset

Egypt Daily News – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he is working on continuing to forge peace agreements with additional Arab countries within the framework of the Abraham Accords.

He said in a speech before the Israeli Knesset this evening that “the Arabs used to want to destroy us, but we made peace with Egypt, Jordan, and recently with four Arab countries.”

He affirmed, “If Israel falls, the whole world falls…” We suffered a severe blow, but we responded with a war that will change the face of the Middle East… “We killed those responsible for our attack on October 7 and destroyed Hamas’s infrastructure.”

He said, “We have once again proven that Israel’s long arm is capable of reaching all our enemies…” Israel’s long hand will reach everywhere that seeks to destroy us… Our home is not like a spider’s web, but it is made of steel. Without our resilience, the world and the Middle East will collapse.

He said, “We are facing a different challenge that threatens us and the entire Middle East and the world.”
He continued, “Iran is seeking to develop nuclear bombs aimed at destroying us and possesses long-range intercontinental missiles…” Iran supplies its proxies with deadly weapons, and we stand as an obstacle to them and thwart their evil plans.

He confirmed, “We systematically uproot and cut off the arms of the Iranian octopus and have attacked dozens of military targets in Iran.” We hit the defense systems and missiles… We struck Iran’s factories, and I thank our allies, led by the United States, for their continued cooperation.

He said, “We make our own decisions and we will achieve what we aim for.” Our long-term strategy, which I hope to achieve as soon as possible, is to destroy the axis of evil and cut off its arms in the north and south.

He continued, “We want to make Iran pay the price and prevent it from becoming a nuclear state.” We attacked Iran extensively, and its arms in the region have lost significant defensive capability.

Israel bombed targets inside Iran in response to the latter launching a wide-ranging missile attack against Israeli military bases in Israel on October 1st of this year.

On Friday, dozens of Israeli fighter jets launched attacks on targets in Tehran, Mashhad, and a power station in Karaj.
