Egypt Daily News – The Israeli army committed “massacres” early Thursday, according to Palestinian sources, in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip and the Jabalia camp in the northern strip, targeting two homes crowded with civilians, resulting in the deaths and injuries of dozens.

It is clear that the Israeli army has decided to change its tactics in the Gaza Strip after a year of a fierce war in which air, land, and naval operations did not achieve their desired goals.

Recent movements indicate that Israel has begun implementing what is known as the “Generals’ Plan,” which aims to evacuate the residents of northern Gaza and turn it into a military buffer zone.

In the past few hours, the Israeli army imposed a strict blockade on the northern Gaza Strip, on the 370th day of the war, completely isolating the area and preventing humanitarian aid from reaching it.

In another development on the northern front, the Israeli army announced on Thursday morning that it had detected the launch of 40 rockets from Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee, with some rockets being intercepted while others fell in various areas.

While the world awaits Tel Aviv’s response to Iran after the Iranian missile attack that targeted Israeli military bases and caused significant damage, Bloomberg reported that Washington has suggested to Israel to impose additional economic sanctions on Tehran instead of directly targeting Iranian economic facilities.
