Egypt Daily News – Israeli radio revealed that Israel is preparing to launch an attack on Yemen, and there is complete consensus in the security establishment on the necessity of doing so.
The Yemeni Houthis announced on Monday that an operation had been carried out against an Israeli military target in the occupied Jaffa region.
Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of the Houthis, said yesterday, Sunday, regarding an operation launched by members of his group, that the operation that targeted the Israel with a new advanced Yemeni missile is within the framework of the fifth stage of escalation.
Al-Houthi added: “We are continuing our battle in the seas, and these operations are successful and highly effective,” noting that the operation, which was carried out with a high-tech missile, bypassed the enemy’s systems and reached an estimated distance of 2,040 kilometers, stressing that the operations are continuing with the continuation of the Israeli aggression and siege on Gaza, adding that coordination is continuing with the resistance in Gaza.
The Israeli army had announced on Monday evening that it had intercepted a missile launched from Yemen before it crossed Israeli airspace. Israeli media reported that air traffic at Ben Gurion Airport was halted following a missile launch from Yemen.
