Egypt Daily News – The “Ansar Allah” group (Houthis) announced the military operation targeting the Israeli “Nevatim” air base in the Negev region, according to what was published by the “Russia Today” website.
The group’s military spokesman, Yahya Saree, said on Friday that the operation was carried out with a Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missile, stressing that “the operation successfully achieved its goal.”
He also stressed that “the Yemeni armed forces, in response to the crimes of the Zionist enemy in Gaza and Lebanon, will continue their military operations, and that these operations will not stop except by stopping the aggression, lifting the siege on the Gaza Strip, and stopping the aggression against Lebanon.”
The Houthis launched the fifth phase of escalation, in the context of their support campaign for Gaza, by targeting the city of Tel Aviv with a drone on July 19, then with a hypersonic missile that penetrated all Israeli defense systems on September 15.
