The Houthis in Yemen stated that they carried out an operation today targeting the Negev Air Base and the Rotem Industrial Area in the occupied Negev.
They added that “the operation came after the second Al-Wad al-Sadiq operations, was precise, and achieved its objectives,” noting the use of “Quds 5 cruise missiles, which are being revealed for the first time and were successful.”
The Houthi missile force explained that “the missile used is of the Quds type, which has been developed and is capable of hitting any target in occupied Palestine,” clarifying that “the operation comes as part of the fifth phase of escalation, which will expand day by day.”
The spokesman for the Houthi group in Yemen, Yahya Saree, said that “deterring the Zionist enemy entity and confronting it is the only way to curb it and prevent it from continuing its crimes.” He added: “We congratulate the Iranian operation that struck military targets of the enemy inside occupied Palestine.”
