Lebanese Army begins clearing roads from debris and unexploded ammunition

Egypt Daily News – The Lebanese Army announced, today, Thursday, that its military units have begun carrying out their missions in the south, the Bekaa, and the southern suburbs.

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation said in a tweet on its account on the “Operations to open roads and detonate unexploded ordnance.”

It added that these missions come in the context of the army’s ongoing efforts; With the aim of keeping pace with the movement of displaced people, helping them return to their villages and towns, and maintaining their security and safety.
