The Presidency
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.
Spokesman for the Presidency Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy said His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik extended his greetings to the President on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, wishing Egypt and its people lasting security and stability, and praying to Allah the Almighty to grant both countries, and the Arab and Islamic nations, a safe return of this blessed occasion filled with goodness, prosperity, and blessings.
The President expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to His Majesty the Sultan for his kind greetings, praying to Allah the Almighty to safeguard the Sultanate of Oman and its people, grant them further progress and prosperity, and bestow goodness and stability upon the region.
During their call, the two leaders underscored the importance of the distinguished bilateral relations between Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman, stressing the need to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries across various fields, in a manner that serves the interests of the two brotherly peoples and reinforces Arab solidarity.
