Egypt Daily News – French club Paris Saint-Germain has successfully completed the signing of a player from Al Ahly during the current period to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season.
Paris Saint-Germain announced the signing of Egyptian handball player Abdelrahman Faisal from Al Ahly for one season. Abdelrahman Faisal won six titles with Al Ahly (three domestic and three continental): the Professional League, Egypt Cup, Egyptian Super Cup, African Champions League, African Cup Winners’ Cup, and the African Super Cup.
Former Al Ahly coach Stefan Madsen is set to take over as Paris Saint-Germain’s coach next season.
Paris Saint-Germain’s desire to sign Abdelrahman Faisal came at the request of Danish coach Stefan Madsen, Al Ahly’s former manager.
