Israel has significantly intensified its military campaign against Iran, with official media reporting hundreds of strikes and the Israeli military confirming a massive wave of air operations inside Iranian airspace.

According to Israel Broadcasting Corporation, Israeli forces have hit more than 800 targets in Iran over the past three days, a figure officials say exceeds the scope of strikes carried out during the June confrontation.

The report, carried by Egypt’s Al Qahera News as breaking news, cited Israeli assessments indicating preparations are underway for the possibility that the war could continue until early April.

Massive Air Campaign

In a separate statement, the Israel Defense Forces said the Israeli Air Force has conducted more than 1,000 combat sorties over Iranian territory since the start of the current operation.

The figures point to one of the most intensive Israeli air campaigns in recent years and underscore the widening scale of the confrontation between the two regional adversaries.

Israeli officials say the strikes are focused on degrading Iran’s military capabilities, including missile launch platforms and other strategic assets.

War May Stretch Into April

The latest assessments from Israeli media suggest military planners are preparing for a longer conflict timeline than initially anticipated, with contingency plans extending into early April.

There has been no immediate detailed response from Iranian authorities regarding the latest strike figures, and independent verification of battlefield claims from either side remains limited.

The rapid escalation and sustained tempo of air operations have heightened concerns among regional observers that the conflict could expand further if diplomatic off-ramps are not found in the coming weeks.
