The gentleman hails from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon and received extensive religious education in the religious seminaries, which endowed him with a deep knowledge of Islamic law. He joined “Hezbollah” since its founding in the early 1980s and contributed to the development of the party’s political and military movement.
Sheikh Al-Sayed rose through the ranks until he became the head of the political council, where he manages the party’s public policies and communicates with Lebanese and international political forces.
